She's been here a few different times now, but they keep sending her away. I just really hope what they say about forgetting Luceti when you get home is true.

Perhaps those that remember are slip-ups. It's reassuring to know they have weaknesses.

There are a few, Luke, his best friend's name is Guy, and... a young man named Asch. I hardly know Asch, but we haven't gotten off to the best start. Guy has lost a lot of my respect in recent weeks due to his actions... I believe the Colonel is here as well, but I've yet to see him... And I don't know his sister very well.

Nothing, really. I think it has a lot to do with our attitudes; we're both soldiers so we're not necessarily the best at idle chatter. I'm... vaguely aware that some horrible things have befallen Asch in his childhood, yet I find myself incapable of fully sympathizing with him. One shouldn't dwell on one's past, one should better themselves because of it.

Essentially. There are other healing spells, and the Hymns don't all serve to heal.

Usually in our world we just have doctors that give us medicine. If something's broken they usually put the limb in a cast so the bones can regrow back together. It's all pretty basic compared to that.

Auldrant seems almost like something from a fantasy book, in comparison... Singing people back to health. Never mind that gels are strange-- even I've noticed that. They're somewhat... ...Candy-like.

That one restores health. They're... tiny candy-flavored medicines, I guess you would call them. That's an apple gel.

It's sort of supplementary, I suppose. Healers like myself tend to be the primary source of medicinal application in a battle, gels are more in the case a healer has been knocked out in battle or is winded from overuse of their artes... Still aside, we have medical doctors that also provide medical assistance. It's all a bit confusing.
