I've also got a desktop as of recently that replaced the laptop for a few weeks while it was dead, but it's entirely slow too. I think the only reason I'd really love an Apple is because of the field I'm going in, a lot of high-end programs are for Apple computers. But like I said, that won't be for a year until I graduate :|
