[At first, there's the sound of a lot of shuffling like someone trying to grab the journal but they can't quite pick it up. After a bit of struggling, there's a loud thump of the sound of something hitting the floor with said-journal. There's a bit of grumbling, but not much.

And though the words are clearly angry, the voice that's speaking them is so high-pitched that it's probably just laughable.]

This isn't what I had in mind when I said I missed seeing the monsters!

They don't. They're like regular animals, except well... they attack.

It's not bad if you have a partner to help you out. It always just sounds worse than it is.

That's what we call the Digimon that use our strength to help them fight. It's a partnership. But you've got a point.

Food helps, but we used to have these crests. The crests represented our biggest strengths basically, and whenever we showed those traits, the crest's power would help the Digimon grow. But we don't need the crests anymore. Power's inside us.

It's just a bond, that's all.

I'm not all that keen with the evolution thing. Imagine having to fight something that used to be so weak then became incredibly strong. It'll definitely be frustrating.
