Twenty-Third Flame-[Action]

[Today, instead of being in school like he probably should be, Taichi's standing outside by the side wall of House 48 with a few buckets of paint at his feet and a paintbrush in his hand. Currently he's putting on the finishing touches of what looks like an orange dinosaur in armor on the wall next to a few symbols that were already there. As soon as he's finished with the dinosaur he's going to be rinsing out his brush and start on a small white cat with huge greenish gloves and a purple-striped tail. Granted the paintings are a little messy since he's not an artist, but it's the effort that counts.

[And here's Rebecca, secretly scouting the village since she doesn't know Lyn very well and it's kind of awkward. She can't help but notice the gaudy orange dinosaur.]

WarGreymon's not a dragon, he's a Digimon. [He rinses out the brush then and turns to actually face Rebecca, curiosity getting the better of him]

Actually...I'm pretty sure WarGreymon's a dragon. I fought a dragon once before, and that's certainly not a lizard.

No, no. I think I'd know. That's definitely a dragon. Don't know why he's wearing armor, though. WarGreymon's scales must be really soft.

[Assuming this is later in the day, because Raine would kill him even harder than she's going to kill Taichi for skipping school. Lloyd's doing some patrolling after class, but stops to admire the giant orange creature on the side of the building.]

Also, the weather is getting to Ammy a little. As she watches from not too far away, chin on her paws, she starts to nod off just a bit.]

But eventually he finishes up on Tailmon too and he heads toward her, sitting next to her and just admiring his work. She might be asleep but he'll talk anyway] What do you think?

[Huh what oh hey kid. She lifts her head up and blinks at him, registering the question in her head, then looks at the painting.

Her head tilts to one side. Then the other.

Is that supposed to be a mutant cat? Well, it looks cool anyway, so she lifts her tail to wag it.]

[Pets her head and rewards her with some earscritches] I still have to add MetalGarurumon and probably Angemon too, but that's WarGreymon and Tailmon.

[WarGreymon and Tailmon? Huh. She tilts her head the other way again. You've got some straaaange things in your world, kid, although she can't really say that considering the demons and sea monsters and stuff.

With a little noise of curiosity, she looks up at him. Just what are these things? And why is my eternal rival Garurumon considered metal now?]

They're our Digimon partners. WarGreymon's mine, Tailmon's my sister's, MetalGarurumon is Yamato's and Angemon is Takeru's. WarGreymon and MetalGarurumon are the two strongest out of the whole team.
