[Anybody walking through town will see Taichi heading back for Chosen House weighed down with kitten supplies and some other food, along with a couple of cans of frosting and some cans of paint. Feel free to stop him and ask why he has all of that]

[Yama's just good at this. Leans to the side and around him, which results in a sort of not-hug, pointing at a particular ingredient on the box that Taichi has forgotten.]

[just gonna make a face at the box and add the ingredient to the mixing bowl, maybe leaning into the not-hug]

[eventually he gets all of his ingredients in the bowl and he starts mixing it, though it doesn't come out nearly as smooth as Yamato's. A for effort though]

[You'll be a fine cupcake baker one day, oh Chosen Apprentice. Surveys his bowl for a moment and nods, getting a pair of muffin trays and those little paper cupcake things. Hands a pack of pan liners to Taichi and opens the other himself, alternating between the two or three colors.]

[doesn't even bother alternating, just stuffing the papers into the pan to get them in there. ACCOMPLISHED]

[Ffff. Shakes his head at you, finishing putting his papers into the pan a few seconds later and grabbing a pair of spoons, handing one to Taichi and using his own to pour a fairly regimented amount of batter into each of the cups.]

[watches for a few moments before mimicking Yamato's movements, probably filling some of the cups too much or too little, maybe a third of them are getting the right amount of batter]
