...'Kari's back. Again. Can't the Malnosso just decide what they're doing already!? And besides that, they brought Yamato here too...we're getting a bigger team, now we're missing four. I want to try this new thing with the Digivice but I think I have to talk to Koushiro about it first. I just want to know if there's some kind of pattern for how all of us are getting here. Me and Matt are from the same timeline but Kari's from right before, Izzy's from the future, and this whole thing's out of whack!
Still, I'm glad those two are here now. Little sister, best friend...we're making progress. I just gotta keep an eye on 'em.

From what I can tell about the possessions, it had nothing to do with who had already managed contact with them, but rather an elemental draw, of sorts. The only reason why they took place was because the barrier surrounding us had been compromised by the Malnosso themselves.
[A pause, after that babble.] ... Honestly, I haven't made an attempt to contact them again just yet myself. And the lessons have been part of the school for some time now; to just stop them altogether seems wrong, since they're meant as a form of guidance to those who do make the attempt.
