[as mentioned to a few different people, Taichi has finished building his treehouse in the forest and so today he's lounging around in there pretty pleased with himself. Laying on the floor of his treehouse with his hand dangling out the door, he has his eyes lightly shut]

Sometimes I wonder if it's a good idea knowing the future. Sure a lot of bad stuff happens but I already know that we're going to win. Daisuke gave me a sum-up. But now Izzy's here too and he's older too. What gives? Oh well, at least I know I'm still the leader!

And at least I don't have to worry if I get into a good high school or not. And I definitely don't have to worry about looking stupid in the school uniform haha. I wonder if future-me has a girlfriend...I bet I get one before Yamato! Girls love athletes instead of stupid harmonicas.

Seeing Izzy here makes me sort of miss being home though. It's an improvement of the Digital World, that's for sure. Here we don't have to worry about making camp and where our next meal's coming from and running away from giant monsters. But...let's see. If it's May already, and I was at camp in August, and I got here right as I was leaving the Digital World in Earth's time frame of August, then that means I've been away from home for ten months? No wait, that's not right. Man this whole time thing's completely out of whack, why can't time just be normal?!

Maybe my friends don't even notice I'm gone. The other Chosen will, they have to, but my school friends and the soccer club, I wonder if they do. And Mom and Dad, they've got to still be worried about me and 'Kari especially since we didn't come home from the Digital World.

But I guess there's really no need to worry about it...I'm sure the others are doing just fine. Izzy said they were...they're capable of taking care of themselves. Maybe the Malnosso will bring everybody else in. I hope not, because that would kind of suck, but then at least we'd be together and could work on getting out of here. Oh well. For now, I'll just enjoy the sun while it's around.

At least that's the same as home.

[[ooc: just as a small clarification, Taichi's referred to Koushiro as Koushiro to other people out of respect for his friend but when it's just him talking to himself/actually to the redhead he'll refer to him as Izzy as a sign of friendship. Same concept of people referring to him as Tai versus Taichi the more they know him.]]

[Ah, that's good enough for her.

So she's getting onto that platform, though it's a bit difficult for her to find a comfortable position with that rope right in the middle of things.]

[As soon as she's on, Taichi will start pulling on the rope as slow as he can so he doesn't jostle her too much, pulling the platform all the way up until it's level and pretty close to the door to the treehouse] Okay, jump in.

[The wobbliness of the platform is a bit jarring, but it's not so bad. She just crouches down and makes sure to balance herself so that she won't tip the board too much. And once she's close enough, she places her paws on all four corners to have a good take off point, and then she jumps! Ammy jumps pretty high for a wolf.]

[moves to give Ammy some room and as soon as she's in the treehouse he lets go of the rope and sends the platform crashing down to the ground landing with a loud thud. Sup Ammy, have a decently built treehouse with drawings on the walls of people and Digimon and there's food and pillows and stuff on the floor] Good girl. [here, have an ear scratch]

The drawings are kind of interesting, especially the weird monsters who look like demons. But... is that food she smells? She lowers her head to the floor and sniffs at it. Is it old?]

[well, what Ammy's gonna see is some fish and some vegetables and seaweed and rice that's just in a big piled mess on a plate] I was trying to make sushi today. Didn't work. Anything look good to you?

[Taichi shrugs and picks up the plate, setting it on the floor so she can eat without straining herself. Meantime he picks up his own sandwich and sits on the floor next to her]

[if Taichi knew you mentally referred to him as Poofy he'd be less-than-pleased. BUT HE DOESN'T, so he joins Ammy in the noming session, finishing off his sandwich while Ammy finishes his fail-sushi]
