Hey, all of you guys who know how to actually use a sword! Anybody up for a sparring match? I need to get better with this thing eventually.

Haruhi, the spirits are still ignoring me so I give up. For those of you who are good at that sort of thing, how'd you get them to really talk to you? The only one who really listens to me is Nala...she's nice, and healing magic helps, but I want to learn more anyway.

Man, nearly two years in this place and I still can't get it.

[He's going to leave his journal open, but in between responses, he'll be going over some training movements with the sword he's acquired. Jack Sparrow has taught him well...and Sparrow's taught him some other things, too.]

You bet! Everybody only has one Digimon partner, but they're all different because they're all born waiting for their special partner.

Our partners tend to be a little bit like us. Like me and Agumon? We're both really enthusiastic about getting the job done.

Hundreds and hundreds! I don't think we can even count 'em all, and I bet there're some we haven't even seen yet.

I don't know if the Digimon would be okay with battling all the time. The Pokemon would have a lot of space to do it though.
