Thirty-Fourth Flame-[voice]

[At first, there's the sound of a lot of shuffling like someone trying to grab the journal but they can't quite pick it up. After a bit of struggling, there's a loud thump of the sound of something hitting the floor with said-journal. There's a bit of grumbling, but not much.

And though the words are clearly angry, the voice that's speaking them is so high-pitched that it's probably just laughable.]

This isn't what I had in mind when I said I missed seeing the monsters!

A lot of people haven't heard of it. But it's pretty cool, isn't it?

I'm not all that keen with the evolution thing. Imagine having to fight something that used to be so weak then became incredibly strong. It'll definitely be frustrating.

Trust me, I know. That's kind of a lot of what happened out there.

Which made stuff harder, I take it?

Definitely. Especially when they were stronger than us and wanted to stop us.

Hmm...I'm not even sure where to start. There's a lot. Do you want the cool stuff, or the weird stuff?

Probably the cool stuff. Agumon's my partner, but he can turn into this really huge dinosaur. Like a million feet tall and he can throw these huge fireballs and everything! He can't fly as easily as some of the others, and Yamato would probably say that Gabumon's Ultimate form is cooler, but I don't believe him.

One day, I should meet this dinosaur of yours!

He used to be here before! ...but then they sent him back out again. He's awesome, I wish you could have met him anyway.

That's too bad. I don't think I've seen one of those before.

Mmhmm. There was a point in time where there were a couple of the digimon here. Daisuke's partner and my sister's partner were here, too. And a different Agumon was at one point...when Takato was here? He and his partner were here together.

I didn't realize there were that many of you at one time. [Pause.] Your sister?

There used to be a lot of us around here, not necessarily all at the same time, but around. Since I've been here I've seen my sister, one of my best friends, his younger brother, Daisuke even though he's a lot older than I remember, and four kids from the future. It's weird.

...yeah, my younger sister. Name's Hikari. Have you met her?

Definitely a lot of people. Then again, I've seen my fair share of people from the same world.

[A pause.] Uh, yeah.

... Your sister's kind of gloomy.

How many people from your world have been here?

...[A confused sound at that.] Are you kidding? Hikari kind of bleeds optimism.

A lot. [And they keep revolving so many times she lost count.]

Brown haired girl, pretty soft-spoken? The one didn't seem too eager around people.

And it just keeps getting crazier.

...Hikari doesn't mind people. Sure it's the same girl? She's nine now.
