Thirty-Eighth Flame - [Voice/Action]

Hey, all of you guys who know how to actually use a sword! Anybody up for a sparring match? I need to get better with this thing eventually.

Haruhi, the spirits are still ignoring me so I give up. For those of you who are good at that sort of thing, how'd you get them to really talk to you? The only one who really listens to me is Nala...she's nice, and healing magic helps, but I want to learn more anyway.

Man, nearly two years in this place and I still can't get it.

[He's going to leave his journal open, but in between responses, he'll be going over some training movements with the sword he's acquired. Jack Sparrow has taught him well...and Sparrow's taught him some other things, too.]

How many different Digimon are there?

Hundreds and hundreds! I don't think we can even count 'em all, and I bet there're some we haven't even seen yet.

That's awesome! I wish I could visit there and see!

I'd say that you could, but I think you need a Digivice to go. Sorry man.

Ah, well, that's too bad.

Maybe they'll figure out another way someday. Who knows.

Yeah! Maybe even Pokemon and Digimon can live together!

It'd be so awesome! Just imagine the awesome battles we could have!

I don't know if the Digimon would be okay with battling all the time. The Pokemon would have a lot of space to do it though.

They don't like it?

Fighting wears them out. They need time to rest just like people.

Same with Pokemon! They're living beings too!

Yeah but isn't the difference that you use them to battle?

I'd never make a Pokemon fight that didn't want to. Battles're just friendly competition.

I guess that's fair enough.

It just sounds weird, that's all.

But if they just saw it, they'd get it.

Is it like that with a lot of people? Once they see it it makes sense?

I guess so. Maybe I'm just not that great at explainin' this stuff.

Hard to say. A lot of people don't get what the Digital World is either.

Yeah, that's what stinks about everyone bein' from different worlds.
